To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

Health Coaching for women in and around Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and London

Good health is all about adopting healthy habits. How often do you hear yourself saying 'it's just a bad habit' - but you do nothing about it?

There is a health and wellness revolution taking place right now, but it can be so confusing as to what is deemed 'healthy' and often there is the misconception that being healthy is boring. Good health is the total opposite of boring - it is the colour and vibrancy that you might well be feeling you are lacking right now.

Whether you want to lose some weight, have more energy, have better skin and greater clarity of thought or generally to feel more confident and in touch with your body, The Good Health Coach will help you to define what good health means for you and how to look and feel great.

When you feel good you show the world the best version of yourself.

The Good Health Coach differs from nutritionists or diet professionals in the following way:

  • It addresses your health from a holist point of view - it isn't just about the food on your plate but your emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing that contributes to good health.
  • It offers practical solutions for living in a busy modern world where it isn't always easy to get healthy food and planning is key.
  • It recognises the challenges women face today of juggling so many balls and how this impacts our health and wellbeing.

Life is too short to wake up feeling tired, to be unable to think clearly, to struggle to choose clothes you feel good in, to be permanently self conscious about how you look or punishing yourself with yet another failed diet.

The Good Health Coach is exactly what it says - it's all about achieving good health and wellness through creating healthy habits.

Understanding what good health means for you is a journey, not a quick fix program - BUT it is also about being realistic as to what modern life is about and that life is too short to not eat chocolate, but too long to eat too much. Planning, moderation and balance are the three key ingredients to my good health recipe.

I look forward to working with you to help you discover what good health means for you... ~ Hilbre
