Health Coaching Packages

Monthly Coaching

This is suitable for women who can make the time and like face to face coaching and want to work at a relaxed and steady pace.

The program consists of 2 x 60mins sessions per month as well as 2 x 15mins check in calls on the alternative weeks. 

The key thing about this program is that it has a holistic approach and looks at other areas in your life that can be impacting your health, such as relationships, exercise and career.

More often than not it isn't just the food on our plates that makes us feel unhealthy but why those foods got there in the first place that we need to address. 

If you have the time this is the optimal program. 

My commitment to you - I will provide you with 2.5 hours of direct support per month as well as indirect support via email. 

COST :

Initial session - £100 (1 hour)

Monthly amount £250 (2.5 hours)

Weekly Coaching

This is for women who are time crunched or live too far away and can't commit to regular face to face sessions.

This program still gives the structure and support needed to make the health changes you are looking for but you are going to have to work at a more focused and high energy pace. 

The program requires an initial 60mins face to face session or via Skype. After that there are 4 x weekly 30mins calls/month. 

COST :

Initial session - £100 (1 hour)

Monthly amount - £180 (4 calls) 

Virtual Coaching

This is for women who are happy to work alone and essentially want help with their food logs and food diary planning. 

The program requires an initial 60mins face to face session or via Skype. After which the program consists of weekly emails reviewing food logs and helping clients to identify patterns of behaviour that are contributing to their current food choices and assisting them in making healthier choices leading to healthier habits.

COST :

Initial session - £100 (1 hour)

Monthly amount - £100 (4 emails)
