Health coaching isn’t just body transformation – it is life transformation

  1. I will meet you where you are right now in your life and health.
  2. I will never judge you – only walk beside you. I will help you overcome the obstacles that come your way so we reach your goals together.
  3. I won’t tell you what to do – I will encourage you to explore and connect to your inner self so you get to know what is right for you and what isn’t. When we are being true to ourselves that is when we really know ourselves.

  7. I will suggest small, simple recommendations each session that you can slowly build on and easily integrate into your life so you start to look and feel better about yourself.
